Let’s virtually seat down for a moment and have a cup of coffee. When was the last time you, my friend, took a real break from your daily routine? Yes, you! The one that is always working, planning, designing, incorporating new ideas, training, cleaning and busting the heck out of your brain at night. If you are trying to do all on your own, we have some great news for you: You are not alone.


In order for you to start a family, a company or building a great dental team at work like ours, you need a plan of action. Something similar to write down a business draft and mind map every detail to make sure all hats and bases are well covered. Then, you begin adding new dental treatments, pieces of training, a lot of it joined to a time frame that does not fit 24 hours, at times. Our first quarter of the month is gone. April is here and we feel that the staff is missing the Christmas party spirit they just had 3 months ago. So, what is it that we can do to “boost” the company’s culture?



This month, we will be doing a Fitnessblender Morning Workup with our Staff in both offices. It sounds like we are going to sweat and be activated. Yes!, we will be pumping up our quarter goals along with some healthy tips.




Let me tell you, it is important for Dental Designs to make sure its employees can benefit from a fresh and proper environment at work. We love to pamper these hard working people that run the extra mile when needed. Who wants to show up and see what we do here as a group?



If you ask or come to visit us, do not get surprised if we make you join a  dental party where we share our goals and challenges together. Wait for the pictures during the fitness event on our Facebook page at Dental Designs Naples and Fort Myers

Surrounded by lights and dreams, his dad looked at him and asked: What would you like to become when you grow up, Jr.? _He answered: I will be a Dentist. Fast-forwarding the story, Dr.Padilla did not know that years later he would impact so many lives and change their smiles for the better. This month of June is important in our Company. We celebrate, elevate our fathers and staff members that work consistently and invest time on ourselves.
