It is what it is: Is it really?

When it comes to dentistry, a lot of folks try to write a glossary of fine words and cute phrases to adorn the fact that, if you are in pain, missing a tooth or never been in a dentist , then definitely you need to visit one of them. With the era of new technology, old days where the smell of a drill would turn your head away are saying good bye forever and the opportunities of having a new smile are way closer than before. Now, to find a needle in a haystack is a different story, because you can find an office with doctors but, great doctors who care, that is a true thoughtful search to match your dental soul mate.

November of 2012 was falling through its typical weather in Florida, not cold but yet, amazingly hot. I was applying for a job as a dental assistant and met Dr.Padilla not by coincidence but on purpose. 
I didn't realize that I was in front of a dental mogul that would not say more than he should and no less than expected. Leadership and master-mind have been some of the great attributes he has been told after being a mentor to many of us and working on his passion of all times: Dentistry. His loyalty to patients and offering the latest trends in the dental world, have made him one of a kind with a heart of a lion. Your first visit starts with a wide smile and a warm shake of hands. You immediately notice he is knowledgeable and able to listen to any of your concerns. There is nothing too complicated for him, that's why in Dental Designs you receive a multidisciplinary range of treatments without the need of stepping out of the office to finish it anywhere else.

Surrounded by lights and dreams, his dad looked at him and asked: What would you like to become when you grow up, Jr.? _He answered: I will be a Dentist. Fast-forwarding the story, Dr.Padilla did not know that years later he would impact so many lives and change their smiles for the better. This month of June is important in our Company. We celebrate, elevate our fathers and staff members that work consistently and invest time on ourselves.
