One Step Ahead

One Step Ahead

If you are ready for a dental visit, we know that there are many hours of planning involved in it. It could include taking care of your hair, nails, wear different solid color shirt or pants, the perfect cologne, managing your schedule and sometimes kids. You also try to pick comfortable shoes to walk firm into our offices that you do not usually like because you are sort of scared or nervous.

Not everyone is prepared for a dental appointment and that's when some of us can
experience a "tick" in our stomach or a "jump" in the belly. At Dental Designs, we are aware of the word "Anticipation" which is the key to our success.

Once you arrive, the tension is on. Our Team is prepared to listen to your worries, from the Front Desk to the Dental Assistant, and ultimately, the Doctor. The moment you step into the room, you look around and all you can see is: needles, dental instruments and sometimes an empty chair waiting for you to seat and be treated. If you are a new patient, we walk you around our facility to have a feeling of "You are not alone" or "This is not as bad as it looks like". That way, you can sincerely understand and realize that you are in good hands. If you happen to be a regular patient, then you can listen to our staff saying "Hello" and "Welcome Back"; a precious moment that is very well appreciated. We try to make your experience the best one every time you come and see us. We can turn pain into happiness and bring you a blanket because we know you feel cold after a couple of hours inside a room without even asking for it. Let's focus on our priority: You.

What is it that, when we call back to follow up with you after a surgery or a crown delivered, we hear the other person's voice with a different upbeat tone?; a more pleasant voice that would go the extra mile for you because we are more than smiles. After all, being a step ahead, would definitely be the best credit you can have to connect to others and anticipate the patient's needs.
Before standing out as Dental Designs, we are just human beings with a strong desire to be treated the right way with no exceptions, and boy...when you come here, you got it!
